    I’ve got 2 herniated disks in the lumbar spine for about 15 years. Some days I barely notice it, but after vacuuming the steps or an otherwise delightful time with my toddler grandson—it can be quite painful. Excel Performance CBD Ointment has been a wonderful surprise! I massage it into my back after a morning shower and I am getting through a day at the playground, playing with cars on the floor, and lifting a healthy 2 year old into and out of the crib with hardly a groan!     Grant thanks for the 1000mg Excel Performance CBD balm. I applied it last night on all the tender and sore spots from my mountain bike biff – SI joint, ribs, shoulder blade and hip.
